Clayton Act

Past in 1914, the act prohibits potentially unethical business practices, including price-fixing, anticompetitive acquisitions, exclusive dealings, tie-ins, and interlocking directorates. The Clayton Act was intended to strengthen previous anti-trust legislation. See also Sherman Act.
