Delaware Block Method

method of determining a stock share by calculating the market value, earnings value, and net asset value multiplied by a weighted percentage. The Delaware block method is still employed but beginning in the 1980s, but other more flexible methodologies have been employed since. See Weinberger v. UOP, Inc., 457 A.2d 701, 713 (Del. 1983).
