Products liability

when a person gets injured using a certain product, that person can file a suit against the product’s manufacturer. To establish liability, a plaintiff or injured person need to prove that the plaintiff was injured using the article/product in a way the product was intended to be used and as a result of a defect in design; and manufacture of which the plaintiff was not aware that made the product unsafe for its intended purpose.
