Strict liability for animals

owners of ferocious beasts (i.e., a tiger or lion) are strictly liable for damage animals cause to others regardless of measures they took to prevent the harm from occurring. Determination is made by species (tiger vs. rabbit), and the level of training of the animal is immaterial.
